Employee Inquiries
All employee inquiries need to be directed to your company HR representative.
We realize getting your payroll information is crucial, but there are several important reasons why Payroll City has a firm policy not to communicate with employees. Here are just a few:
- Security Payroll information is sensitive and we are committed to protecting both you and your company from improperly disclosing information.
- Accuracy Your company provides us with all pertinent payroll information. If anything is inaccurate or not up-to-date in our system it is your company's responsibility to make the correction. For the most reliable and accurate information, contact your HR representative directly.
- Legality Employees are protected by federal, state, local, and industry specific laws and regulations. Only your company can address your issues to ensure they are protecting your rights and adhering to all requirements. We process payroll according to the directions they provide per the contract we have with the company.
- Service We process payrolls for many companies, which equates to many times that number in employees. In order to provide the highest quality service possible, all communications must come through approved channels.
